Hello!
I'm a working professional in my late thirties looking for a flatmate of a similar age range.
I'm chill, love getting out and about with my dog, Carlos, and taking full advantage of living a short 5 min walk to Port beach.
In my free time I enjoy gaming and catching up with family and friends.
The room on offer is light filled, with a ceiling fan and large built in wardrobe. Currently has a pullout day bed (pulls out to a queen) and a desk, however can come unfurnished if preferred.
The townhouse is fully furnished, has aircon and is nice and cosy.
I love to keep the space clean and organised, am generally early to bed and an early riser.
I'm friendly and love to have a chat, but also value my own space and am respectful of others.
I'm looking for a flatmate until the end of October (I'll be moving interstate at the end of the year), however if you love the space and want to take the mantle, there should be no issue in taking over the lease of you'd like to stay on.
Carlos (golden retriever) is a friendly boy who loves walks, the beach and belly rubs.
I also foster kittens.

All bills and internet are included in weekly rent of $350.
