We are very close to Asquith station and coles suituated next to our building. Parking is not available but you can park your car in visitor parking otherwise on the street is always available, there is no limit. We are couple and we want our flatmate to pay gas and bills in divided into 3, if couple divided into 4 so that we won’t say anything to each other if they want to use for extra things such as fan, hitting appliance, iron. This building have lift to go up and down. You gonna have your own bathroom but sometimes my friends or relatives visit us, in that case thay might need to use your bathroom but very rare.
