Located on a quiet street of Hornsby Heights overlooking Berowra Valley National Park.

It is within a 10 minutes walk (or 2 mins drive) to Montview Park and 10 minutes drive to Hornsby Station and Hornsby Westfield.
A bus stop is also conveniently located across the road, which will take you to Hornsby Station within 15 mins. Plenty of street parking available.

We have a beautiful garden and outdoor seating.
It is fully furnished with a modern kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen has all the essentials including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven and microwave.

A cleaner comes to clean the common area fortnightly. Common consumables such as paper tower, dish washing tablets, hand soap and toilet paper are provided.

Room 2 (photos 1-3, $310 per week) is available. It has a wardrobe, Queen bed, study desk and chair, and air conditioning.

The home will have up to 4 occupants including yourself. You'll share the bathroom with two other ladies.

All bills (electricity, water, internet) are included in the rent. Minimum 3 months stay. We have a no smoking rule in the house.
