Hey there! I've currently got 2 spare rooms in my 3 bedroom house that I need rented out ASAP. Ideally looking for someone quiet working full time or studying - this isn't a party house. Hey guys, so I've just finished renovating my place and currently looking for someone to help keep me company in it. All rooms were brought up to scratch with new carpet, blinds, etc. All though a little cozy, you will have plenty of privacy and a huge entertaining area out back with a fire pit, BBQ and outdoor entertainment setup (including netflix, cause its a must). Inside has been decked out with all the mod cons as well so should help you feel right at home, including fire place, PS4, Bose speakers for when u got the place to yourself and want to rock out, or chill..its your call. Kitchen has an old fridge blackboarded up so can get all artsy on, with a big 6 burner oven to test your skills on and a dishwasher to clean your mess. A small euro style laundry will get your clothes trim and proper for the week ahead (washer and dryer). As for me, I'm a 29 year old male, carpenter by trade but you wouldn't picture it. i work monday-friday, 7am-4:30pm.
