It's a freestanding house with a spacious fenced off backyard with installed shade cloth, sizable shed and with a colorful garden. Spacious fully furnished loungeroom, with room for bookshelves and other additions (Current bookshelves are going with the exiting roommate moving out).
Kitchen and separate dining area, with room for dining table if you have one. Plenty of bench space, pantry and cupboard storage. Gas cooking, large fridge and separate standing freezer.
House has 3 bedrooms, the smallest works as a shared study, room for desk and storage.
Moderate sized bathroom, with shower and separate bath.
Laundry contains washing machine.
Available room comfortably fits a double bed, would also fit a queen, with room for furniture (Chest of draws etc). Includes three door wardrobe with top shelves.
The house is fully furnished, however the dining table and microwave is leaving with exiting housemate, so I would appreciate those who have them, otherwise I will be replacing them as needed.
Pets are welcome, I have experience living with cats and dogs and enjoyed the experience. The backyard is fully enclosed with plenty of room for a kennel.
Located ~8 minutes from Geelong CBD, ~5 to Belmont and Newcomb (Closest supermarkets) and ~10 minutes to Waurn Ponds.

Rent is $200 per person, weekly, plus bills. Current lease is valid until April, expected to be renewed. You will be required to be on the lease therefore apply through the real estate.
