The space: I basically have just furnished the whole house with my new furniture where I now have just left empty; 1. the largest bedroom (6mx3m) 2. an adjoining carpeted lounge and 3. a main bathroom all right near each other on the downstairs level (where my room, and my kids* room and ensuite are all upstairs.) so in short, other than the main lounge and kitchen you would almost have the whole downstairs level to yourself! The laundry is a European laundry in the downstairs bathroom. I have a big fridge, new washing machine (so you wouldn't have to bring one if you didn't want to.)
