The house is spacious with 2 living areas and a large kitchen/dining area, which you are welcome to personalize with your own furniture/decorations. You will be sharing the main bathroom with 3 others. Ducted heating and air-conditioning. All bills are split 5 ways, we have fast NBN internet ($19 monthly).
