You'll love the views and ambience from the deck, no matter the weather!
Nestled among tall gumtrees on a dirt road, this is a two storey double brick home, mostly furnished (but if you wanted to bring in some furniture, let's talk!).
3 off street carparks. A secure double garage with heaps of storage, is available if required.
There are three separate living areas inside (each with their own character), plus an expansive, all weather deck so there's plenty of room to spread out for quiet time or enjoy with others.
A large kitchen/meals area with central bench allows room for individual food preparation or sharing some friendly opportunities to chat over a meal.
Ducted evaporative air-conditioning to all rooms, hydronic heating in the slab throughout, gas hot water and stove (electric oven/grill).
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a corridor with a large, open, light filled bathroom/laundry. Theres a toilet, and a long bath with shower over. A three meter vanity bench has a handwash basin, a deep ceramic laundry tub and plenty of cupboards and drawers. There's a decent under bench washer and a clothers dryer is mounted on the wall above. A two meter narrow bench with cupboards under, open shelves above and a separate full height cupboard complete the storage options.
A backyard with shade trees, some grass and a North facing aspect also provides another area to retreat to, or play.
The downstairs area has a lounge area just off the entry foyer and separate, 4th bedroom with ample storage (which could be available to rent, if you prefer). It's a cool, quiet retreat on a hot summers day.

With the family having recently moved out, I'm keen to share my lovely tree house amongst the gumtrees here in beautiful Montmorency.
Me...?
I work in the inner north, on a 9 day fortnight in the arts/entertainment sector, in a facilities role.
I'm 58yo, recently separated, love listening to music in its many forms and enjoy a good audio book.
At home, I'd be spending time on the garden and basic improvements to the house. I do love the home and treasure a bbq and a wine on the deck, watching a good sunset. Otherwise, I'm out-and-about: either sailing, watching local bands with friends, family or my adult kids (they're well out of home, living nearby in Melbourne).
If any/all the above sounds interesting, lemme know.
Cheers, Rich
