I am looking for someone to takeover my student accommodation contract in UC. Most residents are UC students. This is a 12-share accommodation. We share 1 big kitchen, lounge, 2 toilets and 2 showers. In your own room, you will have a huge desk, closet, bed, fan, heater and fridge. This place is usually very quiet, no party people. As this is a student accommodation, only students can apply. They take all students in Canberra, you can apply as long as you have a student card. Rent is fixed $166 per week including water, electricity and 10G WIFI. No extra charge for using heater and fridge in your own room. Bond is 4 weeks rent. The contract is 10 months till the middle of December. At the end of your contract, you can choose to stay if you want to. Location is great! especially for students who travel by bus. it's 5 minutes’ walk to Eastern Valley Way bus station, where you can catch all 300 series and arrive ANU/city in 18 minutes. There are also buses directly going to Gungahlin, Dickson and other suburbs. Westfield Belconnen is within 15 minutes’ walk. This place is the most affordable and convenient option for students.
