We are in an ideal location, with the University of Canberra a 5 minute walk, major Belconnen offices 5-10 minute walk, Calvary Hospital a 5 minute drive, and 1 minute walk to regular buses into the city and the Australian National University (bus takes 10-15 minutes to city). Also walking distance to CISAC sports complex, Belconnen Westfield shopping centre and Ginnenderra Lake. The rental prices are fully inclusive of all utility bills as well as unlimited access to high-speed wireless internet. The property has a great location and is a new building. It’s 2 mins walk from the main bus stop, 5 mins to the shopping centre, and has many restaurants within few mins walk as it located on the lakefront. The flat was constructed approximately 3 years ago and it has a modern design. It stays warm in the winter, requiring minimal heating. During the summer the air conditioning works well. The living room and first bedroom both have lakefront views. It has two secure underground parking spots and several spots available for visitors. The only two bills are internet and electricity. ONE room is available NOW in this spacious townhouse. The room currently available does not have a bed but I am planning to have a bed included - unless you want to bring your own. We are walking distance to the University of Canberra, Club Lime, and the Westfield Shopping Centre in Belconnen. The room available now is furnished with some drawers. It also has a large wardrobe. The house does not have air conditioning but always stays cool downstairs. It does get hot upstairs throughout the summer, so bring a couple of good fans. The house has heating downstairs, but make sure you have your own heating for your room in the winter. There is also a garage, which I will probably start using for gym equipment. There is off-street parking, and in a safe area - in the time I have been here I have not had any break in issues or anyone vandalising my car. With pets, if you have a cat that is toilet trained and does not wreak havoc on lounges with their claws, they are free to come. As much as I love dogs I'd rather them not here. I'll be buying lots of new stuff for the house as a lot of appliances are being taken away by previous renters. A lot of the stuff you see in the living area picture can be moved, or will be taken away with my old housemate leaving.
