One good sized bedroom in a 3 bedroom house with a shared bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished and bills are split evenly. The house is in a great location as we’re only 15 minutes from the city and 10 minutes to Belconnen and walking distance to UC. The closest bus stop is a 3 minute walk down the road.
We have a small garden and outdoor seating area with a cute fire pit for the winter.

Saba: a 25 year old woman who is a PhD student. Saba loves to cook and read. She is also respectful and clean.
Archie: 4 year old Angora rabbit, who loves a cheeky pat and a nap in the sun
