We also have a rad balcony. Location wise its awesome, its just off albion street, right next to jones park and oval, just a few minutes walk to merri creek, five minutes in the other direction to lygon street and all the coffee you can drink. You've got three trams about five minutes walk away in either direction (including the cleanest and most beautiful tram in the northside - the east brunswick 96). Im a friendly 34 year old working in environmental policy. Im out and about a reasonable amount going to dance classes and seeing friends and movies, but im around enough to say hi and have a chat and share a drink every now and again if you're up for it! We all signed a one year lease, so it'd be a lease transfer for the remaining 6 months (until feb 9th). I have also paid a third of the bond already which was $1389 which you'd pay to me, and get back at the end of the lease. Your bedroom would be the master bedroom.
