We’re on the lookout for a new flatmate/flatmates to join our cozy home in Brunswick East. If you’re a musician/creative that’s an extra bonus! We want someone who can vibe with us and contribute to making this place feel like home.

Please understand that personal hygiene and contributing to a clean & tidy house for everyone is a non-negotiable

About the Room:

• Rent: $1386 per month (this includes all bills, cleaning products for the house, toilet paper).
The only thing you’ll need to buy is your personal hygiene items and clothes washing detergent

• Unlimited internet. Room measures 3.1x 2.9m. On street parking

• The room comes completely furnished ready to go

Location:
We’re located 200m from Lygon street and 600m from Nicholson. Public busses run along Blyth street so it really is a go anywhere location

Just 2 minutes away from tram lines 1, 6, and an 8-minute walk to tram line 96. This makes commuting super easy!

Flatmates:

• Rylan 30’s, works full time in construction, Loves to be creative in his downtime. will happily share a meal if its reciprocated

• Michael - works hospo and plays music in his spare time. From the States, 26 years pld

What we are Looking For:

• A person/people who value respect for shared spaces while also being themselves.

• Ideally, we’d love to have a musician/creative in the house to share some ideas/energy!

• Must be 420 friendly. it’s important that you feel comfortable with this lifestyle choice.
