One room with its own ensuite has opened up in my two-bed, two-bath apartment in Brunswick East. You’ll be sharing with just one other (me!). The apartment is super modern with a list of amenities:

About me:
• I'm 27, queer and work in tech (5 days in office so ideal if you work from home). I've got a bunch of smart home stuff and always looking for a new project! Also always happy to provide tech support :)
• Very social and active - often out at the gym/pilates or off at a mates house.
• Love a chat, a market or a DJ/gig and am always trying to rope people into the latest presale
• I have a car and always happy to provide a lift if I'm around

About you:
• Tidy but can forgive the occassional dish in the sink
• LBGBQI+ friendly and looking for a nice sharehouse vibe! The rooftop facilities make this a great place to host so I'm looking for a nice balance between a party house and chill/quiet vibes.
• Ideally mid to late 20s
• Down for a chat, wander down Lygon st or an evening on the couch watching netflix

About the place:
• Move in: Late Feb/March
• Rent is $2868 ($1434 each)
• Bills are approx $125 a month for internet, electricity and hot water
• Bond is approx $1200
• The lease renews in November - increases over the last few years have been below market rates (Last year was $40 p/w)
• The room is reasonably spacious with its own ensuite!
