Location is top notch, super close to braddon/city/ainslie shops/bus etc, as well as the nature reserve practically at the back door. The house is a 70s dream with green surfaces and wallpaper in the kitchen and very interesting carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen area, living room and front porch are all quite connected so the house feels open and breezy. The bedroom available has large built ins, 2 nice windows with lots of light (no direct sun though), and enough room for a desk and miscellaneous bits and pieces. Rent is $130~pw and bills/net are split evenly between the 5 of us.
