The room is a large master bedroom filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. It comfortably fits a queen bed and study nook, has excellent storage with a generous built-in wardrobe, split-system AC, and an open-plan ensuite with bathtub and shower. A private balcony with lake views makes it feel like your own little retreat.
About the place
The apartment is modern, secure and furnished, with open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas in the New Acton precinct. It has efficient heating and cooling, internal laundry with washer and dryer, and a large shared balcony with views of Lake Burley Griffin and Telstra Tower. One underground parking space available for the unit — happy to discuss a suitable arrangement.
The location is hard to beat — 10 minutes to Canberra Centre and ANU, 8 minutes to the City bus station, 2 minutes to Lake Burley Griffin, and surrounded by great cafes, bars and Palace Electric Cinema just around the corner.
