We are in 5 min walking distance of Wallsend Plaza; Bus stop 50 mtr. away and easy access to the freeway, In regards to the bathrooms i have an en-suite and you will share main bathroom with one other person.. There are currently 1 dog and a cat , they are my sisters and will be relocated in the next 2 months. Although i do not want a pet, I like animals. So I am happy to consider a flatmate who has a pet.

Hi! I am moving out of my current share house at the beginning of December as I am done with uni and leaving Newcastle. It is a lovely and spacious house in Wallsend with tall ceilings and wooden floor. The large kitchen and living room is one area and is equipped with an aircon (/heater in winter), but large doors and windows allow for a cool breeze in the summertime. The room is available from early December until early January, depending on what date the other girls are moving out. If you would potentially like to take over the lease of the house, that could be arranged, but for now we are only looking for someone to stay for the month that it will be vacant. The house is fully furnished and equipped, but the bed is the only piece of furniture that would be left in this room. Home located in Charlestown, really convenient and 800m from Charlestown Square! The room is not connected to the house, it is underneath (downstairs) so has its own private entry. The rest of the house is of course open to you as well. The reason it is so cheap is because the ensuite attached was previously just used as our laundry. The room and bathroom are newly painted and looks very clean. We are going to move the washing machine outside once someone moves in, but there will be noise from that at times that you would be able to hear through the windows. You can also hear the footsteps quite clearly of people walking above the room, which could potentially get annoying if you’re a light sleeper. The room backs onto the backyard also, where our dog Luna is for a large part of the day while we are at work. Rent covers unlimited NBN internet. We are all pretty low key and relaxed. We keep a clean home and look after the property as if it were our own so are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves. We are super friendly and believe that our home is your home, but also don't mind if you prefer to keep to yourself. We aren't big partiers within the house and would prefer someone who is the same.
