If I haven't replied to your msg it is either because your profile in not active or after reviewing your profile does not meet the type of person I'm looking for to blend with the current people I have living in the Villa

I don't live here I personally manage the Villa, am hands on, attend fortnightly for rent and do any maintenance, external cleaning, gardening as required.

It is a tricky process to meet and find the right people to live, trust and blend together. I try to provide to everyone's needs and expect the Villa to be maintained and cleaned to a high standard

The villa is fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, brand new main bathroom, 2nd toilet, kitchen, large pantry, 2 fridges, dining, lounge, laundry and relaxing courtyard

Split A/C in loungeroom and dining, all bedrooms with ceiling fans

Utilities include:
Electricity, water and WIFI

Maximum of 1 person per room

Ideally I am looking for the following criteria:

Has a full time secure job
Shift workers considered
Mature and respectful
Aware of noise level
Open to general conversation with others living there
No smokers/drugs
No pets
