My lovely 2-bedroom weatherboard house is a light-filled, airy, retro place to live, close to the John Hunter Hospital, Westfield and the New Lambton and Blackbutt shops. I have a nice big backyard, on street parking and an outside dog who loves to play. Sorry but I don't want any other pets moving in. We live in a townhouse residing in a complex in Charlestown. 5 minute walk from Charlestown square and a 7/11 up the road. The offered room has a built in mirrored wardrobe and ceiling fan. It also has a sliding screen door leading out to the patio with the washing line right there. The split level unit has air conditioning in the upstairs, covering the lounge room and kitchen. We have never needed it in the bedrooms which are downstairs as they remain cool from being under ground level. Kitchen has a dishwasher and a 3rd toilet upstairs.
