I am a fun, mid-50s, Gen X, graphic designer and artist.
I have recently become an empty nester – I have a room and some space to spare in this lovely family home.
My adult kids (27, 26, 21) visit or stay on the very rare occasion, and my easygoing artist/engo fella stays here maybe two out of three weekends.
I am away for a few days a couple of times a month, or occasionally away in my campervan so you would have some time and space to yourself.
