JUST BLURB........ Being a 4 bedroom house with 9ft ceilings and higher in the open plan living area, I think you will like living here as there is plenty of room to move around, with a office/study area and the back deck is nice and quiet, where you can sit and read a book, have a hot cuppa or some breakfast, which I usually do around 6am some mornings. It's very relaxing. If you decided to live here, you are about 5 minutes walk to the Sutherland Hospital, if ever needed. A good 14 minute walk to the Caringbah station if you require that facility and Miranda Shopping Centre, movies with quite a few gyms which are about the same distance. The beaches in the Shire are very beautiful if you like beach activities with lots of cafes and restaurants to visit around the area. OK - DOWN TO THE REAL STUFF I am now looking for someone who is self sufficient, cleans up after their own mess, as I don't have time for that stuff, as I have enough mess of my own that I need to attend to. Prefer no issues with the weekly rent payment. Anything else, I'm pretty flexible - just ask - I'm sure we can work out something that's suitable. Happy to have a chat when we are both free and have time, as I also work 5 days a week, but also like the "me time" and hope you would be the same or similar. I have a old miniture poodle "Blackie", who loves company, and its great with the hay-fever stuff, as he doesn't shed hair, which I also love. By all means, you can have your room anyway you like, but the common area should be neat and tidy with clear bench tops. I think you get the idea already! Just the usual - be respectful and considerate of others, no mess left for others to clear up and if we all do our bit and we should all get on fine. Yes, we have a dishwasher - Yeah. But if there is anything that I have missed, please make sure you bring it up in our conversations, so we are clear and on the same page. I'm pretty flexible and accommodating. The Treehouse is an amazing place to live! It feels like home straight away and there is nothing like waking up to the view outside the bedroom window :) It's a 5 minute walk through beautiful paths and secret parks to Caringbah Swimming centre and another 5 to a 24/7 gym and the station AND the best sushi in the Shire! What I love about this place is the ability to feel part of a home but also being able to retreat to the privacy of my own space AND the aircon up and down makes it like a FRIDGE in summer The rent is simple. Either $260 sharing the bills or $300 with everything included. No surprises was my choice ;) SPACE! How could I forget the space. a wall to wall 4 door wardrobe with extra space above and some more in the garage if you have a bicycle to use like I did. I am now in Edinburgh so I am looking for someone to take over my room because well I love my ex homies! XD

LOTS of privacy, LOTS of Storage, Unlimited Wi-fi Home phone with unlimited local and mobile calls Easy Going Vibe XD Simple cost Room 1 - gone, sorry :( - Room 2 (deposit pending) either $260 which covers all bills except electricity (we split that evenly) OR if you like things simple then $290 including e v e r y t h i n g We can take a short term renter if you need something for Christmas, it needs to be empty by the first week of January though... you will be in the quietest room in the house. It's almost like looking out of a tree house! :) - Room 3 A little more room for you to stretch out in and your own air conditioning for summer! $270 and we split the electricity bill OR if you like it simple $300 with absolutely no surprises :) Both rooms With an outlook to the leafy view outside. There is currently a queen sized bed (double bed in room 2), desk and mirror in each... with a full wall to wall FOUR door built-in wardrobe with loads of storage above as well! I'm not kidding, it's almost 4 metres of storage :D If you choose the simple option that includes Wireless Internet included in the rent (along with electricity, water AND unlimited long distance phone calls also included) and the access point is directly below the two rooms. We have delicious reverse cycle AirCon downstairs that sends the heat straight up the stairs to your room in Winter and cools the whole house in Summer. There's a BIG LED TV with Stan, Netflix, Amazon Movies AND Xbox for movies and Digital for the regular channels. No more fighting for one shelf in the fridge - you HALF of a full-sized fridge and freezer to use ;) It's 10 minutes walk to the train station (which is 2 stops from Cronulla beach, if you're new to the area!) and 5 minutes walk to the public pool. There is even a secret tree-lined set of pathways that links to The Kingsway and excellent access if you're into cycling or want to burn off some kilojoules with a run to the 24-hour gym up at the shopping centre :D It's a townhouse at the back of a small tree-filled complex, which makes it very quiet... There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom with another girl (which has a bath, shower and vanity) - who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you both. Above all we have a drama-free and drug-free home! We're not party animals (well not in the house anyway hehe) and respect is THE biggest part of this great place. P.S. So sorry but no dogs or cats allowed, landlord's rules but I'm sure budgies and fish would be possible, so Nemo should be welcome!! :) P.P.S.
