The foyer is spacious and can be used as a living area as well, or your bedroom is large , includes a TV & may be comfortable enough to chill in. Laundry is also downstairs plus microwave, small portable oven and small fridge so it can be totally separate living with all your amenities downstairs & mine upstairs. This would suit someone who is quiet & private. Also, you may get a visit from my small pup every now and again too! :) Would prefer a short month by month lease with upfront rent and see if it works out.
