I own a very large modern and beautifully furnished 4 bedroom house in the Sandhurst Club Estate in Sandhurst near Carrum Downs
We are looking for a compatible person to house share with a 46yo and a 27yo male housemate and I spend most of my time travelling and living in Asia.
All living here are mature and very friendly and easy going, so the house is always a chill place to be in
I'm a retired 73yo male, I’m a very modern thinker and also very house proud and tidy, as are the others, so in all honesty if you're inclined to be messy in shared areas this place really wont suit you as we are all neat freaks.
The rent is $230 PW and includes your own good sized bedroom with a BIR and ducted heating and cooling plus a ceiling fan, a large shared bathroom that has an excellent rain shower and a good sized vanity area with plenty of storage for all your toiletries.
The house has a large modern fully equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, 2 Pantries and 2 Fridges plus all the modern smaller appliances.
There are 2 large living rooms with a big screen Smart TV in each and close proximity street parking is always available. The road is a tree lined Cul de Sac so it is quiet as there is very little traffic

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate person with a positive attitude to life.
If you're after a drama free home that is super modern and cosy and dont mind doing your bit to keep it clean and tidy then we are on the same page. We think it's great to have friendships within the home, but also respect each others space and privacy and as it's a very large house that's an easy task.
The house is huge with a Master BR and 3 other good size BR's, 2 large downstairs living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a downstairs powder room/toilet, large laundry, Music room/Study, Formal Dining Room, large Kitchen and Family eating area and a Pool Room, plus a very nice outdoor dining area, so it accommodates 4 with grand comfort.
