This house is a alcohol and drug free home, a safe environment without lots of noise etc....One housemate is studying and doing casual work and the other owns their own trade business so both have their own lives, the house is 200 meters from Coles and variety of other stores, it is a 15 minute walk to Cranbourne station and it costs around $7 for an UBER into the Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre. There is a HUGE undercover entertainment area for sitting if you smoke and a lovely back yard with some fruit trees, roses, big gum trees and lawn to lounge on in the sun. There is a general Air-Con in the main lounge room but you will have your own lounge area if you wish to pay a little extra at the back part of the house. All equipment is provided except your bedroom furniture and lounges if you choose to use the back area, There is also a little nook near the dining area to put a study desk if you need to.
