We currently have '2 for the price of 1' rooms available in our 4-bedroom house, shared with myself, my partner Jack and our gorgeous toy poodle Poppy. As our roommate is moving out, We're looking for a friendly and clean person to share the space with us. Looking for someone who doesn't mind a chat but also gets the importance of alone-time. Basically, just someone who will fit in with our peaceful vibe :)

The Room/s:
We have 2 rooms on the far side of the house available to the right person. Our old roommate used one as a bedroom and one as an office space, but this can also be used as a gaming room, crafting room, extended closet etc. You'd also get the whole upstairs bathroom to yourself as we have only use our own ensuite. Both rooms have plenty of space. One of the bedrooms has fitted a queen bed, bed side tables, and tallboy.

The House:
We have one large kitchen, one upstairs bathroom (this will be all yours), a separate toilet downstairs, a spacious and comfy living room, and sunny backdoor area. There is a 1-car garage, 1-car driveway and on-street parking

Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre - 2 min drive
Bayside Shopping Centre - 10 minute drive
Seaford beach - 15 minute drive
Plenty of cute parks and walking trails around
