Really nice place. The street is mostly families and the neighbours are quiet. I have 2 spare rooms for one person to rent, i.e. bedroom and office (Total $200). Both decent size, with your own shower, bath and toilet next to them. Garage parking too. Really good walking parks down the road and short walk to bus and trains. My room mate has moved out and so I just need someone to fill the spot! Currently no couch or washing machine, but i'm sorting that out now. If you have your own stuff, you can incorporate it into the house if you want. The lease is up in mid February but will renew if i can find a decent room mate.
