The room available is in a townhouse, in a complex in Zillmere. The complex has a pool and tennis court for residential use. Mostly elderly people live in the complex so the noise is minimal. There IS parking, it's just less than a 2 minute walk from the house. There is a park just outside the complex, with a path through it to the 330 and 326 bus stops and Zillmere train station is a 15 minute walk away. There's many shops and take out places close by. Taigum Shopping Centre is a 20 minute walk away, and there's a 7/11, dominos and many other places a 10/15 walk away. There's also a doctors office nearby too. Westfield Chermside is less than a 10 minute drive away. There's also a courtyard out the back of the house with a clothesline. Including NBN unlimited internet! Furniture: The furniture isn't the same as the photos. The bedroom won't be furnished, but the rest of the house is (better if I may say so myself). There is a fridge, washing machine, couch, television and dining set for use, as well as dishes and any other appliances you may need. But if you have anything to bring, let me know and we can find the room or store it for you. The Bedroom: Is well-sized, can easily fit a queen bed and bedside tables with a heap of room to spare. There's also little noise from outside, so disruption isn't an issue. The Bathroom: Is between the two bedrooms upstairs and is shared with the one other occupant. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and the bathroom contains a shower and a bath. There's also a second toilet downstairs. The Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher.
