Are you looking for a long term, comfortable reliable living arrangement? I have a large bedroom and a humongous master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite for rent for singl. This room should be avaible to sent late August early September. Before moving in 4 weeks Bond and 2 weeks rent need to be paid. The owner (not myself) is a real estate agent so all the bond agreements, leasing agreements and such are all handed as they would be in a listed rental. However, there is a lot more freedom in with this property than there is in a listed rental. Now a little bit about the room, the house and the other tenants. The room large room is a at the back of the house and has a built in wardrobe. The master bedroom runs full length of the house and is easily big enough for a king bed large desk and tv unit.
