There is plenty of space inside the house and potential storage space if you have a lot of furniture. You would be more than welcome to come and inspect prior to moving in. No minimum stay. I have an Xbox in the living room which I'm happy for the housemates to use. I also allow for my Netflix account to be used from there. There are a couple of bills that are split equally.
