The house is located in between Monash University (Caulfield) and the Chadstone shopping centre. It's also not far from Monash's Clayton campus (15min by bus). Students can also find a lot of part-time jobs in Chadstone and Carnegie shopping centres. Lastly, even though located near a highway, in our garden you hear no cars, just birds (believe it or not). I have a well presented home in a quiet street with good neighbours. The kitchen is well equipped, a bbq, central heating and evaporative air-conditioning throughout the house. There is an extra upright freezer and 2 toilets. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. The bedroom is 4x3.5 metres and has room for a desk and has a 3 door floor to ceiling wardrobe. It has no furniture in it ,however a bedside draw and a small table can be provided.I can also provide a queen size bed at $10.00 per week.unlimited internet can be provided at $ 25.00 per month.The room has new carpet. The Oakleigh and Hughesdale rail stations are both a 12 minute walk and the bus is at the end of the street. The north road bus is also about 5 mins walk.
Very close to Malvern East Station, Carnegie station and the 3a tram that goes all the way to chapel st! Also very close to the M1 entrance so very easy drive into the city. Spacious kitchen and dining area and well lit, spacious living room which you are welcome to lounge around in all day. Fully furnished but you will need your own bedroom furniture.
