We've got a smallish backyard with a deck, a BBQ, and some tables and chairs to enjoy the sun when the weather improves. The house itself is fully furnished and generally has (at least) one of everything you'd need, but can house some extra belongings if there is anything else in particular you need to bring along, either inside or in the fairly empty garage. We've got two decently sized fridges so you'd only need to share with one other person as well. The place is a 2 minute walk from Oakleigh station and another couple of minutes from the many cafes and shops nearby, including Coles, Woolies, numerous bakeries and fresh fruit and veg grocers.
