The bedroom is spacious, has a built-in robe and a comfortable IKEA double bed with plenty of under-bed storage. The bedroom and the whole house are fully furnished with all the necessary appliances and furniture (TV, washing machine, Refrigerator, couch, etc) to make this place feel like home. The living room has a massive balcony, which offers tons of natural light and a quiet space for enjoyment. There is one common bathroom which will be shared between the two of us. The apartment's living room is also equipped with split system cooling and heating, ensuring year-round comfort.

A little bit about me: I’m a super chill and easygoing professional working in the scientific field. I keep a clean and relaxed home and appreciate a laid-back, drama-free living environment. During the week, I stay fairly low-key and hit the gym, while weekends are for unwinding—whether that’s watching movies, spending time outdoors, or having a few friends over.

I’m looking for a like-minded housemate who enjoys a comfortable and peaceful home, someone in their twenties or early thirties who is relaxed and tidy. Bonus points if you enjoy group activities, but i totally get it if you don’t :)
