The property is located in an optimal location - within 5 minutes drive to the infamous Chadstone Shopping Centre, 2 minutes five to Coles, Guzman & Gomez, Schnitz, Holmesglen station, JB Hi Fi, Chemist Warehouse, Aldi, Bunnings - pretty much all the convenient things you can think of! The neighbourhood is really quiet and safe and the neighbours and respectful and friendly. Plenty of on-street parking available at the house. The property is move in ready, all you need is your belongings. We have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, premium amenities such as dyson vacuum, robot vacuum, Air fryer, cooking utensils and kitchen knives. City view from the upper living space with gorgeous sunsets at night time. Park nearby if you fancy a walk. Overall best location, 10/10 stay!
