This is really about location, we are a stone's throw from the riverfront, a bus or ferry ride to the city, or to Parramatta and the burbs. There's parks nearby for BBQ, a cute little veranda for staring out at the sunset over the river, close to shops etc. Very quiet as well, you don't hear much from neighbours. It is an older flat, but the rooms are big and spacious, and there is an internal laundry. Price might be negotiable for the right applicant.

Really nice place and fantastic living arrangement. Been here 7 years and will never leave. Landlord is like family. You have to inspect to see how great the estate is. We are sad to see our flatmate leave after 3 years so hopefully we can find another good person. The house Top level contains the three bedrooms and bathrooms Large vacant room complete with huge built ins opens out onto a balcony overlooking the water Mid level contains the huge kitchen and open plan living area. There is also a separate study with a large table that can be used for paperwork, studying ect The third level is a basement which is used as a workout room, hangout and music room. There is a large backyard with clothesline and some nice grass. All of the common areas are fully furnished. The kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. You just need to bring a bed & clothes and you're sorted. We have fast unlimited WIFI which is available over all three levels and a 55 inch TV and home theater in the common area. We've also got Foxtel. About us We are both male professionals, 33 and 37. We aren't party animals and mainly head out for drinks and dinners a few times a week.
