As there is a pre-room which fits a sofa and table and chairs, which leads into the larger room (bedroom) which fits a queen/king size bed with extra room. There is an existing wardrobe (not a built-in) that can be used. It could be possible to have 2x single beds in these 2 rooms. The apartment itself is located in Chiswick, a quiet nook with harbour views and easy access to the city. The ferry wharf is a two-minute walk away, and the bus stop is at our door step. There's also a convenience/liquor store right outside, as well as the famous Blackwall Cafe. The apartment is freshly renovated, super modern and well kept. My room contains an extremely comfy double bed and built in wardrobe, should you need the space. I'm happy to provide bed linen and extra pillows/blankets, or you can bring your own. We have a fully contained kitchen with everything available to you, as well as an internal laundry with a washer/dryer. Use the wifi if you like, I'll even leave you my Netflix login. I have an undercover parking space which is optional, but there is always plenty of street parking.
I’ve been in this property for a few months, now and am really loving it! I’ve really taken the time to pick a great place to call home am quite happy I did. We have a great sized backyard with vegie and herb gardens, BBQ, lemon tree, studio and a lock up garage which we use for storage. We have off street parking but there is ample street parking. Our neighbours are quiet, friendly and family orientated. Your bedroom has ample natural light and built in wardrobe and can accommodate a double bed. Currently, there is a raised double bed, mattress and side table in there. If you wish to use, great. If not, we can put into storage. We live 100m from Drummoyne oval, should you like to watch the cricket or kick a ball. We are an 10min walk to Victoria Rd where you will find: metro and local buses to the city (20min) and beyond, Coogee (40min); the local shops and post office; 10min walk to amazing coffee shops and cafes; 15min walk to the Bay Run and public pool on Canada Bay. Currently, our house contains 1 male musician and 1 female professional hospitality worker. The muso uses the studio to practise his art, (thankfully not drums) guitar. I work relatively long hrs at a sporting venue but I enjoy gardening when I get the chance. Rent is 300$. Bond is 4 weeks rent 1200$. Rent is paid fortnightly in advance. All bills are included in your wkly rent. As is a house cleaner that comes once a month. We have no preference on gender or age. You will love this unit right in the waterfront with waterviews from every window. Huge private balcony and it has three double bedrooms all fully furnished with linen supplied. You have your own bathroom with a bath and there is visitors carparking others use too. The neighbours are great. There's an inground pool and I only want one share tenant as I'm not in Sydney very often I live and have a business in Adelaide. I don't want to sell my Drummoyne property because I love it here but only come for a week now and again.
