The property is ideally located on bus routes to City(via: P'matta or Vic Rd)/Chatswood/Leichhardt/Rockdale/Five Dock/Burwood/Hurstville, at the door. On street parking is readily available. The block, consisting of 4 flats, is nicely refurbished with polished floors & a shared backyard. Utilities are approx $100 per quarter based on reasonable use. The room, with an adjoining covered verandah, is currently partially furnished with a very comfortable inner spring sofa bed/wrought iron hanging/shelf unit. A wardrobe also exists however it houses linen. The place is fully furnished with everything necessary, which I'm more than happy to share use of, including Linen and only request that due care & respect is taken. Luxury town house right on the water, fabulous view. Great for entertaining or just chilling. Lovely walks around the water. Has an outdoor spa and BBQ. 6kims from the city. Easy walk to transport (bus or ferry). Quiet spot and trendy cafes close by. Netflix on main TV. TV in both bedrooms. Bedroom is furnished and bed is new. Has a 3rd room that is not rented out so only you and I would be living here. Obviously in such a great place our friends and family are welcome. Each person has own bathroom. 2 sitting spaces one with TV (other without). Reverse aircondtioning and real flame gas heater. The rent is $400 per week plus flat fee of $50 per week for electricity, gas, water, netflix, internet and cleaning. So all up = $450. Rent discounted because business runs from home. (would probaly rent for $500+ and then costs on top). Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday clients can be in the house until 8.30pm. You can be home anytime but just have to be quiet at those times. Your room comes with Bose headphones so you can watch the TV in your bedroom or be in the kitchen or be in one of the lounge areas or out on the terrace. As I do a few things I only counsel about 12 hours per week and no clients come on weekends or Thursday and Friday nights. Clients do come sporadically in the day Monday to Thursdays so same conditions of being quiet apply in the week days if you are home. Apart from those 12 hours if you are home complete freedom to make the house your home too. You need to be reasonably tidy in common spaces ie clean up after yourself. Your room is furnished but of course make it your own.
We are happy if you would like a short term stay of a few week or longer while you organise yourself here in Sydney. We are a easy going group but like to keep the house clean. We are 4 people who live in a lovely house. There is plenty of space. We live 2 minutes from the water and 10 minutes walk from the Bay Walk. The room has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. We have a dog who lives inside. The area is very convenient for transport - the bus to town is 2 mintues walk. Shopping is convenient with Harris Farm and IGA a walk away.
This is a really nice modern apartment with water view. The area is very peaceful and it's only 20 minutes away from the CBD. All that stuff in the photo is no longer there, and the room is clean and tidy. We have a nice park in front of the building, and plenty of recreational areas if you are into outdoor activities. There is a very convenient bus stop just across the road that takes you to the city in 20 minutes (the same bus takes you directly to Coogee beach too) and plenty of options in the main road just 5 minutes walk (Victoria road). Supermarkets and cafes are at walking distance. The location is also really great if you travel to the Western suburbs. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. It has a built in wardrobe with plenty of space and a big mirror. If you need it, we can leave a double bed and a few other furniture (desk, night table). You will be sharing the bathroom with me. I don't mind sharing with male or females as long as it is kept clean. We can organise cleaning rosters. There is plenty of on-street parking and the area is very nice, and we have water view from our living room and nice big balcony. The view is really nice and you can cook and look at the bay or have glass of wine and see the sunset. Summer sunsets are amazing!
Drummoyne is a great part of Sydney. We have direct public transport to the city right out outside the building there is a bus stop and frequent buses available on Victoria road direct to the city. Drummoyne is a great neighborhood ! We have views of the bay from our back balcony. Beautiful peaceful spot to share a place. Great environment for active people , short walk to Drummoyne Oval, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bay-run, bus, ferry transport to the city.The apartment is a three bedroom spacious living space. The building is dated , probably built in the 60's or 70's. But even though its not a flashy new place we have a great view and living space to share. The apartment and the room for rent is fully furnished. The laundry, living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. You are welcome to bring any furniture you may have, we have some space, and also some storage in the garage. The room for rent has a wardrobe a queen sized bed frame and mattress, new pillows and doonas if you need/want them, full length mirror, bedside lamp and bed side table. The ferry stop is around a 10-15 min walk from our place. The rent is $250/week. Long, Short term or temporary stay are welcome to apply. 2 weeks rent in advance required as Bond.
