Quiet little freestanding house on a block of Units, it's double story with living area, laundry, additional toilet and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. We have a split system air conditioner/heater and a single garage (can't be used to park in but is great for storage!) The room is unfurnished, but I have a fridge/freezer, mostly equipped kitchen etc. We're very close to Newcomb Central and Bellarine Village shopping centres. Geelong CBD is less than a 5 minute drive away, there is a 24 hour gym around the corner and Public transport is easily accessible. I have unlimited cable internet which is included in the rent, as is water. Gas and Electricity are not included as they're hard to estimate so I'd prefer to split them when they come in (however, between two people they were rarely more than $20pw for both) All applications will have to go through the real estate agent, as you will be joining me on the lease but the agent and the property owner are great people and with the right housemate, i'd be more than happy to renew next year.
