One fully furnished room is available for rent. The room has a BIR with a chest of drawers, a queen bed, a full length mirror, a small desk and chair. The room also has a ceiling fan. Unlimited NBN internet (Wi-Fi) is available. There are 2 separate living areas inside the house, with TV's that are conected to the internet for housemates to use. Plenty of outdoor space, with an outdoor undercover entertaining area and a BBQ is also available. Air-con (heating and cooling) is available in the main living areas. The house is in a wonderful spot, with views too boot! The beach is located across the road. You go to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Two story large town house with two living spaces, open plan kitchen and toilet seperate to the bathroom with bath too! The backyard is large for all your activities, however the fence line means that the house is not pet friendly unfortunately. The house is really new, and windows frame most of the house, making it clean, bright and airy. Wi-fi is provided in the house with Telstra TV and Foxtel (if someone could show me how to get it onto two TVs too that would be genius!)

It is big enough to fit a double bed and still have space to have a floordrobe. Comes with floating shelves at the end of the bed... oooh futuristic :O The wardrobe is inbuilt. The house itself is quite spacious considering three people living in it. There is even space for our ping pong tournaments downstairs. Kitchen has all the essentials, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher.
