Come and spend sometime living in St Leonards, on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula! We have a nice, tidy house, in a nice, quiet street. Often the only sounds you hear through the day is the soothing chatter of birds, of which many frequent our green, leafy garden. Just five minutes walk to shops, cafes, pub and the beach! There are bus stops close by and the ferry to Melbourne just up the road (6km). Geelong is less than half an hour and an easy drive.
The house is fully equipped for cooking, entertaining, relaxing. We often get the fire going in winter which is nice and cozy.
There's a room that could potentially be used as a workspace if required.
There's a lovely sense of community here with neighbours who chat and help each other out (pretty old skool)

G'day,
I'm Andy. I'm a bit like George Castanza, but not funny...
Yes, you may gather from my Seinfeld reference that I'm in my forties. I've lived most of my life on the Bellarine/ surf coast and love the area. I work in the marine industry and spend a good portion of time away. When at home I enjoy outdoorsy stuff, a bit of hiking, running and bike riding, or a nice coastal stroll. I like sports and activities such as tennis or a fun chuck of the frisbee. Winter months see me supporting the Cats!!
I enjoy a beer and love having conversations about random things. My background is in hospo and I like cooking up a good, healthy meal. I like to think I'm pretty easy going and relaxed at home.
Carna Cats!!
Hi,
I'm Sam, as in Samantha. I'm a lady in my early 40s. I enjoy arts and crafts and little home projects. I love animals and have a couple of cats. I'm originally from England and even though I've been here since childhood, I still love hot chips with curry sauce!
I enjoy a bit of true crime and a chat about any good reality series.
