Set in Drysdale, this beautiful, eclectic home sits on 1.5 acres in a peaceful, picturesque setting. It genuinely feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere — yet there’s a bus stop very close by and three supermarkets within walking distance, plus local shops and cafes.

Plenty of space, lots of light, and a really easy, relaxed vibe.

There’s a big swimming pool for summer, an undercover outdoor lounge with sofas and a TV, gym equipment you’re welcome to use, heaps of parking, and the place is secure and private.

You’d be sharing with me (48) and my two small dogs. I work from my studio in the garden a few nights a week and I’m often out, so you’ll have lots of space to yourself — but I’m also friendly and social and happy to share a meal or a beer if you’re that way inclined.

Looking for someone who enjoys an easy going home, and likes living somewhere that feels like a retreat.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, wardrobes, desk and a large new wall-mounted TV. If you’d prefer to bring your own furniture, I’m open to discussing that too.
