It's great only being a few kilometres away from the beach. It's a brand new house!! Landscaping is not done yet so there are a few weeds at present!! I have netflix :) Photos are from when house was almost complete. I now have a concrete driveway etc.
My house is located in a seaside town. It is only about a 900 meter walk to the beach. And the Ocean Grove Market Place Shopping centre which contains a Woolworths Supermarket is only a 15 minute walk or 2minute drive away. Also the city of Geelong is only a 20minute drive too.

The house is in a wonderful spot, with views too boot! The beach is located across the road. You go to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Two story large town house with two living spaces, open plan kitchen and toilet seperate to the bathroom with bath too! The backyard is large for all your activities, however the fence line means that the house is not pet friendly unfortunately. The house is really new, and windows frame most of the house, making it clean, bright and airy. Wi-fi is provided in the house with Telstra TV and Foxtel (if someone could show me how to get it onto two TVs too that would be genius!)
Nice easy going friendly share house with 2 girls in their mid twenties, both working full time so are quite busy but still enjoy house chats and dinners. House is close to the beach (just a few minutes drive) and Blue Water Lake is just around the corner.

It is walking distance to the Bellarine Rail trail and the Gateway Plaza shopping centre. Rent is $200 p/w with a $400 bond (2 weeks rent). Will be a bit more for couples. It is a 5 minute drive to Woolworths, 10 minutes into Geelong city and 15 minutes to Waurn Ponds. Otherwise there is a bus that runs into the city with a stop at the end of our street.
