My house is located in a seaside town. It is only about a 900 meter walk to the beach. And the Ocean Grove Market Place Shopping centre which contains a Woolworths Supermarket is only a 15 minute walk or 2minute drive away. Also the city of Geelong is only a 20minute drive too.
The house is in a wonderful spot, with views too boot! Looking for a vegetarian or vegan housemate, 24-50, that doesnt drink alcohol or use drugs (more than three times a year), and gets home before 11:00pm most nights. Have to say this first to avoid wasting peoples time. Obviously this is not a loud party house. But its a more fun environment than I've made it sound.
