The house is just a 3 minute walk off Bell Street, a 5 minute walking distance from Coburg Train Station as well 3-4 minutes from bus stops and 7-8 minutes to Sydney Road where the number 19 tram stops are. Woolworts, Coles, Dan Murphy's, Bunnings and quite a few other shops are all within a 5-6 minute walking distance. We have a giant back yard which has 2 sheds (we've turned one into our 2nd living room), an actual living room inside the house complete with a fireplace and joining dining room as well as a separate kitchen. The bathroom and the toilet are separate.

A three bedroom unit in Coburg, close to Moreland Station and the number 1, 6, 19, trams. Large shared living space, kitchen, car port and on street parking, cozy backyard, bathroom and laundry. Rooms are decently sized with built in robes, which can accommodate queen bed and a desk. You would need to furnish your room, however the rest of the house is completely furnished and we would love to have more art, plants and are open to swap our appliances out if you have better ones. As we already have a cat with us, we unfortunately cannot take on any other animals unless you are happy to keep them in your room (eg. a bird in a cage or fish in a bowl, both probably not good options to have with a cat in the house though)

We love to go on adventures together as it’s the best way to build relationships and keep the culture in the house singing. Music festivals, camping trips and house parties are keen favourites, but with 6 spots for ‘backpackers’ in the house, a travel companion is usually pretty easy to find. During the winter we have a lot of students in the house so there is an emphasis on home cooked meals and staying at home snuggled up for movie nights (being a game of thrones fan will definitely help your application).. we also go on some pretty epic snowboarding trips. Looking for a fun new housemate to join us in Coburg! Currently there are two of us in the house and we're looking to get one more to join. The room available from the end of September and rent is $190 per week. We are in a fantastic location close to Batman train station (2 min walk) and Sydney Road trams (3 min walk), the supermarkets are less than a 2 minute drive down the road and there's a couple local farmers markets on the weekend. The local Coburg lake and Merri creek trail is a really nice place to go for a run and we are right next to the bike path into the city for those sporty types. Besides all the public transport we also have plenty of on street parking. We both currently work during the week so we're looking for someone who's social but also respectful. Most weeknights we'll chill out out and watch some next netflix or brew our next batch of kombucha. We do a housemate dinner every week and usually end up having a couple beers and playing some board games. We've also got the firepit set up and the bbq ready for a few summer days in the sun.
