The apartment has sweeping views, including ones of the city from your room and is in the bustling community of Pentridge Prison, with its cinemas and restaurants, Gelateria, IGA and shops, as well as some awesome nightlife options including Brewdog Brewery, Olivine Wine Bar and North and Common, literally steps away from your home. The Coburg lake opposite has long and winding walking trails around the Merri Creek that are endless.
Two 24 hour tram stops are literally just outside either end of Pentridge and go directly to the city. The train station is approx an 8-minute walk.
The apartment is secure, bright, light, and lovely with a nice big patio to sit in the sun and relax on. I am looking for a single or couple who is quiet and will help take great care of my home. You will be sharing with one other couple from Taiwan and my brother who has taken my room as I have relocated to the Gold Coast for work. Available from 14th Feb.

About the flatmates
This is a unique opportunity to be in a share house that gives you the house to yourself a majority of the time. I am a teacher who lives and works in Daylesford most weeks from Monday to Friday and then comes home to my apartment for weekends and holidays. I may occasionally stay a night or so other times but it is not often. I am looking for a housemate or couple who likes their own space, are clean, quiet and respectful and will take great care of my home as I am away a lot of the time.
