We’re Marlene (32) and Ivan (29), a calm and creative couple. We were best friends for several years and have been together as a couple for about a year now. We currently live in a townhouse located at 3/69 Soudan St, Coburg.
We have a private room available from February 14, and you’re welcome to move in anytime from that date.
The rent is $1100 per month + bills (bills are paid every 2–3 months).
The house has a living room, dining area, kitchen, a balcony on the second floor, and a small backyard behind the laundry. The bathroom is shared (there are two bathrooms, but only one with a shower).
We’re both quite busy, but when we’re home we enjoy a calm and relaxed environment 🌻✨ watching a movie, having tea, coffee or mate 🧉 (Argentinian drink) and doing creative things. I sing, paint, write… (Artist)
Ivan is an engineer who enjoys drawing and making music (piano and guitar).
We also have a separate storage/studio space where we make music, so noise isn’t an issue and we’re always respectful of timing and volume.
We really value open communication, respecting personal space, and keeping shared areas clean and organised. We’re looking for someone who’s mindful, tidy, respectful and enjoys living in a clean, harmonious home.
