This beachside house is literally across the road from Collaroy Beach and the pub. We are right in the hub of it all, with tones of cafes and shops at the end of the street. You can see glimpses of the ocean from the bedrooms. Utility bills will be split evenly among all 3 housemates, including additionals like internet. Bills will not be an excessive cost. The house has a backyard that gets great sun. There is also an additional toilet outside next to the separate laundry. I have furnished the house, with the exception of your bedroom. Bedroom 3: Fits a double to Queen bed frame and mattress, side table and small set of drawers. (Not included). There is no built in wardrobe so I have provided one for you. Room is available end of November. There's an open plan kitchen that flows to a generous living space. Renovated bathroom with rain shower. Smoking outside is no issue. Bond will be $1,300 per person (This is 1/3 of the total house bond). You MUST love dogs and be able to treat them as your own as they will also be a big part of living in the house. My friend is renting out a generously sized granny flat. One big room is divided in two that can be used by two friends as each of person has own privacy. There is also a separate storage room/ walk in wardrobe! New shower is amazing and what is better it has separate toilet! On the other side we are in a industry zone and there is a workshop next to you- those guys work hard, sometimes even weekends so this pace is definitely for someone who enjoys to be more out than in.

Hi there, our names are Maddie, Jakub and Marley (dog). We are a young couple we have a spare room for rent in our two bedroom apartment is the heart of Dee Why. The apartment is placed two streets away from Dee Why beach and only a short walk to local shops, gyms and bus stops. We have a just brought a puppy, her name is Marley. As you can see in some of our photos. She a super easy going puppy and is an inside dog, she loves meeting new people and being social. She just about comes everywhere with either myself or Jakub. We are looking for someone who is clean, easy-going and just here for a good time. The bedroom can come fully furnished or you're more than welcome to bring your own. Jakub and I both work full time jobs and work 10 hour days. Jakub is a carpenter and works across 5-6 days a week. Myself I'm a childcare teacher and only work 4 days a week with Friday's off. We are home most night during the week and on the weekend we spend most of the day out and about at the beach, going to markets or heading into the city to watch a gig.
