We are one house back from the Swan River, walking distance to the local grocery store, cafes, restaurants, Canning Bridge library, Canning Bridge train station, bus stops and plenty more! 10mins from the city and 15-20mins from Fremantle. The house is big and open, with a modern interior and decent back and front yard. I keep it clean and tidy and love interior design so always updating things! The rooms are private (one person only) and large with a Queen or Single bed, comfortable, fully furnished including linen and electric blanket for winter, new mattress protector (in unopened packet), bedside drawers and lamps, desk and office chair, built-in wardrobe, key lock door, and a self programmable safe for valuables (laptop size). It has ducted heating for winter and cooling for summer. The WiFi is unlimited and fast NBN 100 (fastest speed in Australia). The house has spacious living areas for you to spread out and relax, modern furniture, two dining areas, two lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen which is always clean and tidy. The laundry is equipped with a new washing machine, clothes dryer, garment steamer, iron etc. Cleaning of common areas is provided. The house is well situated with good public transport links, direct buses to Curtin Uni and Canning Bridge train station every 5 minutes in peak hours (bus stop 1 minute walk), a direct bus from the city stops on the driveway, easy access to the freeway, and a new bicycle which you can use. If you don't have a car, we'll be happy to take you grocery shopping 😊. Manning is a safe suburb but the house has additional security features: CCTV system for the outsides, alarm and a video intercom for the front door. This place is close to a library, a few different parks, an easy walk to the river, Waterford Plaza (1 km), and also Manning shops (600m). We offer an exceptionally peaceful home environment... but it will not suit people with a lot of furniture or pets (really sorry). Minimum stay shown is 2 months now only up till Feb, due to end of Uni year and holidays. Stay during holidays is not necessary, you can still book for next year, however past February a minimum of 9 months (2 semesters) stay is required to be able to secure the room. It is very near to the city. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. The place is rather spacious. It has NBN that works! There are no gas or water bills to be paid, only electricity (dependent on usage) and NBN (approx $80 a month to be split).
The 2 story townhouse is in a great location! Tucked away on a quiet little street in South Perth. We’re only 10 minutes from the city, 5 minutes from the south Perth foreshore, the Windsor, grocery stores, cafes and only a 2 minute walk to public transport. The townhouse itself is located at the top of the hill overlooking the river and catching some really nice sunsets! The photos don’t do the view justice! it's very easily maintained with the living room and kitchen located downstairs whilst the bedrooms/bathroom are upstairs. There are secure parking spots available in the garage but they’re only really suitable to a smaller car. The house has A/C, Internet (included in the rent), we get a power bill every 2 months which is divided up by the 3 of us. I have 2 bedrooms up for rent, both bedrooms are a very decent size, one Comes with a built in robe(as pictured) and the other comes with a portable wardrobe if required. Ideally I’m looking for a fun, social, clean and respectable working individual to move in, hopefully adding something unique to the household.
