Our 2 story townhouse is in a great location! nestled away on a quiet little street, we're only 10 minutes from the city, 5 minutes from the south Perth foreshore, the Windsor, grocery stores, cafes and only a 2 minute walk to public transport. The townhouse itself is located at the top of the hill overlooking the river and catching some really nice sunsets! it's very easily maintained with the living room and kitchen located downstairs whilst the bedrooms/bathroom are upstairs. There is a parking spot available in the garage but is only really suitable to a smaller car. The house has A/C, Internet (included in the rent), we get a power bill every 2 months which is divided up by the 3 of us. The bedroom is a very decent sized room and comes with a portable wardrobe if required. It is the same size as the room pictures but doesn’t come with the built in robes. Ideally we are looking for a fun, social, clean and respectable individual to move in, hopefully adding something unique to the household.

The bedroom HUGE with its own ensuite. At one point I had a piano in here, a huge bed, a massive desk, an armchair and large Ikea bookcase and still had space to do yoga. The apartment complex is very secure and has partial views of the city and is less than 5 minutes walk to the stunning South Perth foreshore. There is a bus to Elizabeth Quay that takes about 10 minutes, there's a cycle path all the way to UWA, and has a cafe strip and Coles just 5 minutes walk away (Angelo St). There is also a well maintained pool and tennis courts as part of the apartment complex! We have a laundry room, kitchen, large communal area and large terrace with bbq and stunning views. There is free street parking right in front of the apartment building, but we also have two garage bays.
Hi there, We are looking for an open-minded, mature and fun person to join our family at Hopetoun street south Perth. The house is really big, with lots of shared spaces (check pictures) and in a really good location. Easy access by bus to the city, close to supermarkets and the zoo. Also, 15 minutes bike ride to UWA, although we would just consider PhD students (no undergrads...) I am Nestor, from the Canary Islands (Spain...though I might argue about that). I do my PhD in marine science in UWA, and like to spend my time outdoors surfing, diving, hiking and so on. Albert, is another marine science PhD student from Spain (Catalonia...he certainly argues about that) who enjoys hanging around in the woods with his mountain bike. Lastly, Harry from Brisbane does his PhD in zoology, and you can find him catching snakes here and there. Ollie and Nick, work in the mining industry and are really chill and easy going. We all have busy lives but like to spend time together after work and on the weekends. The room comes unfurnished but there is a desk, chair and a wardrobe. We also have a spare bed in the garage that can negotiate. Importantly, this is not a party house, though we run some parties every now and then and always keen to have people in to socialize. Hey guys! Recently one of our flatmates moved out. As a result, we have one room available now! So let me describe some things for you. The area – Our place is located between Mill Point Road and Canning Highway in South Perth (pretty good location eh?). The foreshore is about ten-minute walk if you're interested in a beautiful view of the CBD from the other side of the Swan River. Coles, Mc Donald's, Hungry Jacks, Subway and KFC are about 10-15 minutes’ walk as well. Public transport is decent but not ideal, we have buses 34 - 32 and 910 just around the corner. If you’re driving, Perth CBD is 10-mins away and Fremantle, Cottesloe and Scarborough are about 20-mins away. The house – The house isn’t exactly brand new, so bear that in mind while making your decision (that's one of the main reasons to offer this room at such affordable price). Here is a brief description: Two-story - four rooms in total - two bathrooms - lounge room - dining room / kitchen - washing room. The first floor has a lounge, table tennis and a PS4 if you’re bored, we also have two sets of furniture in the front garden (one under cover) and large parking space in the property for your vehicle. The room – There isn’t much to say about this. As you can see in the pictures, this bedroom has a considerable size, big windows and a huge wardrobe for all your belongings! As well as a nice set of ceiling lights with its correspondent fan. Bills – As today, we pay internet every month and utilities every three months, and split everything equally within the tenants.
