On offer is a furnished room in the Como/South Perth area!
We’re looking for a chilled housemate to join our home. We’re located right next to the Golf course and close to the jetty. We’re super close to Mends St IGA, Preston St IGA, Coles South Perth and the Angelo St Market.
Saint James Mitchell park is about a 35min walk away and you can either take the ferry or we have a bus stop right next to the house that takes you straight into the city.
Pull up a pew at the Windsor pub, the new Station or the Karalee for a lil beveragino, or you can walk to Next Door if you feel like a fancy dinner.
The house is 3 bedroom and shared bathroom. You’ll have your own fridge and freezer shelf and the lounge room has a shared TV with HBO and Disney.
Single: $260 including bills or $240 excluding bills
Couples: $350
Bond is 2 weeks rent

About the flatmates
I work full-time as a receptionist (28) for a government lab that test for exotic diseases and love a good movie. After work I try to go for a run haha and then watch a few things on the telly before bedtime.
The other housemate (29) works as a mechanical engineer.
