The apartment is located in a well maintained, secure complex and is a quick 5-7 min walk to St Leonards train station. It is near the Royal North Shore Hospital and the popular Crows Nest area where there's a lot of cafes, restaurants and bar. The room available is quite large and very spacious. It can fit a queen or a king sized bed and you will still have a lot of room to move and still plenty of space for your stuff. It has a built in mirrored wardrobe. Also, the room has an an access to a shared balcony. You will be sharing the toilet with the occupant of the other room. So, it will be you and one other person who will be sharing the toilet. Currently, you will be sharing the toilet with my other female flatmate. I've taken pictures of the unit and the room. The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. Please note that the contents of the room are not mine. So furnishings will be different. I can provide you with a queen bed and a mattress. Ideally, I want to find just one person to occupy the room. Beautiful freestanding home in the heart of Crows Nest, St Leonards, Naremburn.
