The apartment block of 4 units has 2 security doors at the front cause hey, why not! *We are however in a very safe area and I've never had any issues but I appreciate the value-add of extra safety haha. One bedroom apartment with secure parking spot inside the building available now So you’ll be living in the heart of Crows Nest very convient and lovely area The place is surrounded by restaurants and shops ( Woolies 2 minutes away and les than 5 for Coles ) 10/15 minutes walking distance to go to north Sydney or St Leonards otherwise if you want to catch the bus Bus stops are 2 minutes away from my place What about my place it’s a lovely studio with a balcony you can eat outside if you want place fully furnished with gaz oven dishwasher and fridge for the kitchen and washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom You can also enjoy watching tv on Netflix if you want to chill at home otherwise balmoral beach is the closest one from my place about 20 minutes taking the bus You are 25 minutes away from Manly 10/15 from Chatswood and 15 from the CBD I’m very easygoing I don’t mind if you’re a smoker but if you can please smoke outside on the balcony would be great thank you
We live in a great three story townhouse, 1min from restaurants and a block away from Coles. 4min walk to St Leonard’s train station. The house is plenty big enough for the three of us to have our own space and we have an awesome outside area for the summer.

it's actually in Naremburn / sowie, got address wrong - my mum has a lot of houses. I don't live there. It's empty atm, as just been renovated. there are ceiling fans and lots of windows (all have fly-screens), so lots of airflow as it's on the second floor. the built-ins have lots of storage room.
