Looking for someone to take the second bedroom (and jump on the lease) in my beautiful apartment in Neutral Bay as my housemate is sadly moving back to QLD! The apartment has amazing harbour and city views of the bridge and city skyline. The apartment is completely furnished including the second bedroom but obviously any personal touches are totally welcome! The double room has a built-in wardrobe, a bed and a bedside table. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, there are polished wooden floorboards throughout and there is both a shower and a bath in the bathroom. Wi-fi is unlimited and is $45 per month. There is a shared laundry between our apartment and the other three on our floor (it's pretty much always free) and there is lift access both from the carpark and ground floor. I'm a journalist and features writer in the CBD and work 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday and sometimes work Sundays. I exercise when I can but am easily influenced and always up for a wine. It'd be great to find someone who is a professional between 20 and 35, loves the place as much as we do, is sociable and clean. This isn't a party house (not wild anyway), but friends/family are always welcome! No pets allowed sadly :( Move in date is between the 13th and the 21st of February!
