Hi everyone, We are looking for someone to replace me in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in a very awesome location of crows nest. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious and has all the amenities you will need. The location can not be more convenient! It is close to cafes, woolworths, restaurants, bars, and within walking distance to St Leonard’s station (15 mins) and North Sydney station (20 mins). Preference will be given to someone who would like to buy all of my furniture with the room, which I have bought brand new this year. I spent 1200 but willing to sell it all for 400. To secure the room you would have to pay bond 4 weeks rent and an additional 4 weeks rent (8 weeks total). This room includes a covered parking space just below the apartment. The best days to meet us would be Mondays and Tuesday evenings. In terms of bills we pay $50/month for internet and 300-400/quarter for electricity and bills which we split 3 ways.

A fantastic 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Crows Nest. The apartment is spacious, bright and clean. The main bedroom with ensuite is available for rent. The building includes a gym, pool, spa, sauna and tennis court, all available for tenant use. Plenty of street parking and permit is easy to get. There is a bus stop right outside the building with easy access to both the city and Chatswood. It is a five-minute walk into Crows Nest village. We evenly split the bills for electricity, gas and internet. Internet is $35 each a month for unlimited access. Electricity and gas are both usually about $100 each per quarter. My Netflix account is linked up to the TV, so I'm happy for you to use this! I'd like to take it in turns to clean the common areas of the apartment, and just replace cleaning products/general kitchen supplies when we notice they run out. Hi! My apartment is a convenient 5-10 minute walk to public transport (St Leonards Station, buses) and still quiet! Food options and supermarkets in Crows Nest are an easy walk, but the kitchen is also reasonably sized and equipped with a gas stove and stainless appliances. The bathroom is uncramped, with a very spacious shower and a bathtub. I love the tonnes of natural light it gets with high ceilings in the living room, and sunrises from the shared rooftop terrace are a bonus! Ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a little bit of extra storage downstairs round out a very convenient and liveable apartment.
