About the property

About the unit:
The unit will be shared between 3 people
Looking for one person to share one of the bedrooms with another girl.
The bedroom comes with a window, blind and a built-in wardrobe with drawers.
The unit has plenty of sunlight and well maintained and is very easy to clean (no carpets).
My flatmate and I are looking for someone who we can get along with, someone respectful, clean, tidy, friendly and ideally someone who has experience flat-sharing.
We are both Korean, work full time, I work as a high school teacher and my flatmate works as a nurse.

The unit is on the top floor of a three story-building (no lift and only stairs) fyi.
There's one parking space which is currently being occupied by me.
It's a highly accessible location (close to Metro, Chatswood, North Sydney etc.) and walkable distance to shops (Crows Nest Coles, woolworths etc.)
Please send me a DM if you are interested, and we can discuss further from there.
Thanks!!! :)

About the flatmates

Hello!
A little bit about myself,
I am a 35 year old, South Korean working as a high school teacher teaching design.
I am very sociable but also appreciate having my own space quiet, peaceful and clean. Cleanliness is very important for me so I try to keep the place clean/tidy at all times.
I am also a big time foodie so I will be cooking quite a bit and on the weekend, I love going around discovering nice cafes/dessert places with friends. I also enjoy exercise so I go out quite a bit to play sports or just go for a walk in the area.
This is a no-party home. But I do like to invite one or two friends occasionally just for a quick catchup over tea but not often at all. Maybe once in two to three months.

Flatmate I hope to find:
I hope I can find someone who is friendly, clean and respectful about sharing the space.
Ideally someone who works full time (students are welcome too) and appreciates the quiet at night time.
The room is available in about a month so please do not hesitate to DM :)
