The house in Campsie is located just a 15 minute walk to Campsie station and shops. There is a ton of great restaurants on Beamish Street to get your appetite going. There are a couple of Japanese, and Malaysian joints which offer great variety just a short walk from home. Campsie Charcoal chicken sell incredible lemon, garlic chicken too. The place has been built new, with fully-ducted airconditioning. There is a small backyard with a beautiful view of a jacaranda tree in the back yard. The flooring is tiled across the house with the bedrooms located upstairs. The downstairs includes an open planned kitchen and living area, a garage, a study, a toilet, and access to the back yard. Since there are four house mates there is limited off-street parking, but otherwise there is usually enough spots on the street. It's never been an issue for me. There's a very large in-built wardrobe as well which includes a large amount of hanging space, and a small chest of drawers. It can easily fit in a queen size bed, and a bedside table, or TV. As usual, it's nice to keep the house clean, so we like it when everyone chips in to do their part. Generally smoking is not allowed inside the house, but outside is fine. Bond is $900 - the original tenants split the Bond evenly (total bond was $3600), so this is a layover from that decision.

Myself and Brad have just moved into our new townhouse in Croydon, 10 minutes from the station and just a little further to Burwood Westfield. The place is 2 stories, got 2 bathrooms, plus an extra toilet. Gas cooking in the kitchen, an outlet for gas heating as well as ducted reverse cycle throughout. I'm biased but the showers are probably the best I've ever had. The whole apartment is furnished, except the bedroom. It also has built in wardrobes. The sweet sweet baby boy, Brad (20), works full time in hospitality. He is socially inept and it's pretty entertaining. I'm 22, work full time in hospitality as well, and am pretty underwhelming as a person in general, who is searching for the motivation to finish her degree. We're actually just fun loving people who love some lighthearted banter. Looking for someone to join our below average household, that we can have the occasional beer/wine/dinner and what not with. Built in laundry with washing machine. Kitchen with induction stove and oven. Bathrooms are to die for. One bedroom has an ensuite and the other has a separate bathroom with bath.
