We have a lovely older-style house with large rooms and high ceilings. The huge kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, an open-plan living and dining area with 2 bathrooms, is a little older but functional. The backyard is large and peaceful with trees and outdoor furniture to relax on. We have a BBQ that gets a good workout in the warmer months. Your room is large with a built-in wardrobe and a double bed.
We also have a cute Toy Poodle, Ruby. She is 13 and still has a lot of energy and love for everyone. We are close to Croydon, Campsie, Burwood, and Ashfield train stations. You can also catch a bus from a stop 5 minutes away.
