I am looking for a female flatmate. Non smoker. Preferably vegetarian.
The place is best suited to someone travelling light as it's fully furnished and set up.
This is a sun filled apartment in a very quiet area (end of a Cul-de-sac) very close to the Cooks River. There's a lovely shared garden at the back and there's only 10 units in the building.
The room is very versatile. It has a very comfy single bed that can be turned into a king or even into a queen (if queen you need to bring your own mattress - see pictures).
The wardrobe will be almost fully yours, I just have a few things that will need to stay there. The bed has two big drawers underneath for more storage.
The unit has an internal laundry and a balcony. The bathroom has a bath tab and separate shower.

About the flatmates
I work full time as a psychotherapist (counsellor). My work hours vary a bit, but I usually get home on the late side either from work or from various activities.
I practice yoga regularly and have a small community of friends. I'd say I'm a social person in the sense that I really enjoy connecting with people, but on the quiet side (ie: less number but great quality of friends rather than with a full diary).
I enjoy a good balance of conversation and time to myself. I occasionally have a few friends over for dinner on a Saturday night, but this only happens a couple of times a year.
I am vegetarian and I would prefer another vego or a very considerate meat eater. Non-smokers only.
I'm looking for someone mature, stable and on the quiet side. If you are actively dating or partying, we wouldn't be a good fit. I am open re age as long as we are a good fit and 'house trained'. I can be flexible with the length of stay.
I have really enjoyed the integrity, clarity in communication and good healthy boundaries with my previous flatmates and I'm looking for the same.
Also open to a part-time flatmate (ie: someone who commutes to Sydney on a regular basis and wants a 'home away from home') and to someone working from home and looking for a quiet place to do so- rent to be negotiated.
