The house is air conditioned and in a lovely quiet street with a cul-de-sac at one end and a park at the other. Well its a great house, well equipped, modern, comfortable, well organised. Everyone cleans their own mess, and the cleaner comes for 4 hours every week to do the showers, floors, kitchen and toilet at no additional cost to you. Its a 5min walk to the train or 2min to the bus. Claremont or Subiaco just two train stops away.
