Our home is the best sharehouse! Big and spacious so we all have our own space. We enjoy living together, being part of each others lives and helping each other grow. Huge garden area in the front and back. Decked fire pit area, spa, tree house and much more. We have two awesome doggies so theres always a friendly welcome and smile when you get home. Four bathrooms between five so never a queue for the dunny! Weekly rental includes all usual bills and bonus cleaner every three weeks, gardner once a month and basic household items.

The property is very large with a huge amount of storage at the house. The gardens are extremely well stocked with fruit trees, (pears, apples, oranges, grapefruit, bananas, strawberries, passion fruit, mangoes, avocados, pomegranate, lemon and lime, mulberry and grape vines!!! The kitchen is very well equipped with seperate oven and grill and four burner gas stove and a dishwasher. The laundry has a washing machine and there are multiple clothes drying lines inside and out. There is a great sized park right opposite the house where we regularly meet up with our neighbours who we all get along with and there is an even bigger park (light street) just five minutes walk away. There are three shopping centres less than five minutes drive from the house and bus stops just around the corner. There is a fully equipped fitted study available for shared use if you are a student, with heaps of cupboards and shelf storage. There is plenty of parking available either in the driveway or on the verge. Smokers are permitted but smoking is restricted to the outside area at the back of the house and butts are to be disposed of properly.

Awesome and private house only 15 minutes to the beach and CBD. We're next to a large park and close to IGA, GP, gyms, bus routes, etc. The house has a gated driveway, a double garage that has ample storage as well as a large covered patio with a fan and cooling misters, great for summertime lounging. The house has two lounge areas! One is currently set up for fitness with a gym sized cross-trainer though can also be used as your home office as it also has a desk. The other lounge has a tv with Netflix and is open to the dining room. Kitchen work is pretty easy with a dishwasher and there is a washing machine and two large clotheslines for doing laundry. Although there are 3 bedrooms, there will only be the two of us living here. You will have secure parking, and your own bedroom that has AC, a fan, a closet, and shelves. It is large enough to fit a queen sized bed with side tables, or a double with a desk. You will also have your own toilet and bathroom with shower and tub (though with your permission, I will take the occasional bubble bath) Your bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and separated by a hallway from the bedroom where I sleep giving us each some privacy and space.

I live in a one storey villa home, very quiet area at the back of a strata. There are two shopping centers close by (Dog Swamp/Flinders Square and Dianella) which can be reached by foot or you can catch one of the many buses which stop only 400m from the property and there's a bottle shop within walking distance. A small park is almost directly across the road should you want to get out and about, also Yokine Reserve is a couple of blocks down. You would be living with myself (34 year old female who works full time as an Administration Assistant at Amana Living). Ideally looking for another female who works part or full time between ages 25-35 yrs old. Through the week I am a fairly quiet just cooking dinner, going to the gym etc... On weekends I usually catch up on the weekly chores and I enjoy getting away to Fremantle, having a glass of wine and catching up with friends, although as this isn't a party house I generally don't have too many people over besides my partner from time to time.
