I own a beautiful home on a large leafy block in Earlville, just 4 minutes drive from Earlville Shopping Centre and 10 minutes from Cairns Central. We also allow the tenants access to the secure shed to store bikes and other personal gear. The current group of three tenants (one boy, two girls) are very sociable and get on well.
