Close to Town and all shops in walking distance, fully fenced yard, house, 5 bedrooms but dont rent them all outs, has 2 toilets, outdoor entertainment, home gym. Like to live in a tidy house, business owner ,eatting healthly don't mind a few drinks still , like to get out keeping fit and adventure, love mountain biking, hiking, motorbike riding , fishing or snorkelling. 🤙
Only want people who are happy, can tidy up after themselves selves, and respect other people's property and others here. Don't mind buying some toilet paper and washing detergent from time to time as it's not a hostel? Also people that don't have trouble of turn off lights and aircon when not at home. Don't have a problem with opening windows, curtains and doors when out to air out rooms and the house from time to time.
Will be expected a month's rent upfront on move in date. (People in pictures where past housemates, now all great friends)

Cool as a cucumber ,Easy going ,positive, sociable, neat and tidy, work 5 days a week ,out and enjoy my weekends, I have 2 dogs well trained , don't mind a few drinks and socialising, not a big fan of smokers.
Love mountain biking, hiking , motor biking riding & live music 🤙
